Article 2: Right of Withdrawal: The customer has 14 days to cancel the purchase. If the products have not been shipped yet, LSK will refund the customer. If the products have already been shipped, the following paragraph applies:

The customer must notify the cancellation via email. The return shipping costs are shared between LSK and the customer. LSK will provide a return label after the customer has paid half of the return shipping costs. The amount already paid will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return, provided that the terms and conditions have not been violated. Cosmetic products (such as cream, makeup, lotion, gel, nail polish) must remain in their sealed packaging for hygienic reasons. Opened packages cannot be returned.

LSK can only process returns if the order is returned undamaged, in the original packaging, or in a sturdy shipping box. For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge for the damage.

During the reflection period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. The product should only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The basic principle is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as they would in a store.

For clothing, the original label must not be removed and must still be attached to the garment upon return.

The consumer is only liable for the reduction in value of the product that results from handling the product in a manner that goes beyond what is allowed in the previous paragraph.

The consumer is not liable for any reduction in value of the product if the entrepreneur did not provide all legally required information about the right of withdrawal before or at the conclusion of the agreement.

When returning the entire order, we request that you also return any promotional items (sample creams) received with the purchase. Otherwise, we will deduct the purchase value of the gift with purchase from the refundable amount.

The entrepreneur may ask the consumer for the reason for withdrawal but cannot obligate the consumer to provide their reason(s).

Article 3: Exercising the Right of Withdrawal by the Consumer and Associated Costs: If the consumer uses their right of withdrawal, they must notify the entrepreneur within the reflection period by means of the model withdrawal form or in another unambiguous manner.

As soon as possible, but within 14 days from the day following the notification, the consumer must return the product or hand it over to the entrepreneur or an authorized representative. This is not required if the entrepreneur has offered to collect the product. The consumer has met the return deadline if they return the product before the reflection period has expired.

The consumer must return the product with all supplied accessories, if reasonably possible in its original condition and packaging, and in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

The risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lie with the consumer.

The consumer must provide their details necessary for the return, allowing LSK to organize the return.

If the consumer withdraws after having expressly requested that the performance of the service begin during the reflection period, they owe the entrepreneur an amount proportional to the part of the commitment fulfilled by the entrepreneur at the time of withdrawal, compared to the full fulfillment of the commitment.

Exchange of items: The return shipping costs are shared by the customer and LSK (50%). If the customer keeps the exchanged item, LSK will cover 100% of the shipping costs.

Article 4: The Offer If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the offered products. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. If the entrepreneur uses images, they are a truthful representation of the offered products, services, and/or digital content. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

Article 5: The Agreement The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and fulfillment of the associated conditions.

If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of acceptance of the offer electronically. As long as the receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed by the entrepreneur, the consumer can dissolve the agreement.

If the agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensure a secure web environment. If the consumer can pay electronically, the entrepreneur will take appropriate security measures.

The entrepreneur can, within legal frameworks, inform whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations, as well as all facts and factors relevant to responsibly entering into the distance agreement. If the entrepreneur has good reasons based on this investigation not to enter into the agreement, he is entitled to refuse an order or request with reasons, or to attach special conditions to the execution.

Article 6: Obligations of the Entrepreneur in Case of Withdrawal If the entrepreneur enables the notification of withdrawal by the consumer electronically, he will send an acknowledgment of receipt immediately upon receipt of this notification.

Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with the refund until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier.

The entrepreneur uses a bank transfer or the same payment method as used during the purchase for the refund. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

If the consumer has chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, the entrepreneur does not have to refund the additional costs for the more expensive method.

Article 7: The Price During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the offered products and/or services will not be increased, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.

Contrary to the previous paragraph, the entrepreneur may offer products or services with variable prices if these prices are subject to fluctuations in the financial market and over which the entrepreneur has no influence. This dependency on fluctuations and the fact that any stated prices are guide prices will be stated in the offer.

Price increases within 3 months after the conclusion of the agreement are only allowed if they result from statutory regulations or provisions.

Price increases from 3 months after the conclusion of the agreement are only allowed if the entrepreneur has stipulated this and: a. they are the result of statutory regulations or provisions; or b. the consumer has the authority to terminate the agreement as of the day the price increase takes effect.

The prices mentioned in the offer of products or services include VAT.

Article 8: Delivery and Execution The entrepreneur will take the utmost care in receiving and executing product orders and in assessing applications for the provision of services.

The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has provided to the entrepreneur.

The entrepreneur will execute accepted orders with due speed but no later than 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed upon. If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be executed or can only be partially executed, the consumer will be notified of this no later than 30 days after the order was placed. In such cases, the consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without any cost.

LSK aims to deliver the products to the consumer within 5-7 working days. When shipping with Homerr, the delivery time is 7-14 working days. Due to limited stock, the delivery time of some products may be longer. (see 3). The consumer will be informed of the longer delivery time and may cancel the order of one or more products at no cost.

Upon dissolution in accordance with the previous paragraph, the entrepreneur will immediately refund the amount paid by the consumer.

The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a pre-designated representative known to the entrepreneur, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

If the consumer wishes to change the nature of shipping after placing the order, this will be done in consultation with LSK, and any additional cost will be charged before shipping.

Article 9: Payment Unless otherwise specified in the agreement or additional conditions, the amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 14 days after the commencement of the reflection period, or in the absence of a reflection period, within 14 days after the conclusion of the agreement. In the case of a service agreement, this period starts the day after the consumer has received the confirmation of the agreement. Products paid by bank transfer will only be shipped after receipt of payment.

When selling products to consumers, the consumer may never be obliged to make an advance payment of more than 50% in general terms and conditions. If advance payment is stipulated, the consumer cannot assert any right regarding the execution of the relevant order or service(s) before the stipulated advance payment has been made.

The consumer has the duty to immediately report any inaccuracies in payment details provided or stated to the entrepreneur.

If the consumer does not fulfill his payment obligation(s) on time, he is, after being reminded of the late payment by the entrepreneur and after the entrepreneur has granted the consumer a period of 14 days to still fulfill his payment obligations, liable to pay the statutory interest on the outstanding amount and the entrepreneur is entitled to charge the extrajudicial collection costs incurred by him. The entrepreneur may deviate in favor of the consumer from the mentioned amounts and percentages.
